IT Manager

Location: Denver, Colorado, United States

Salary: $125,000–$140,000 per year

What you will do

• Own the internal IT function supporting approximately 250 team members.
• Lead and develop a team of 2–3 IT engineers and technicians.
• Partner with Directors and VPs to understand business objectives and prioritize IT initiatives.
• Oversee onboarding for internal IT and managed services clients.
• Manage third-party vendor relationships and coordinate with owners of business technology platforms.
• Support internal MSP operations, staff augmentation coordination, and selected client-facing IT activities.

Requirements

• Experience overseeing an internal IT department, ideally in a managed services environment.
• Hands-on technical background in desktop support, systems administration, or infrastructure.
• Strong professional communication skills and the ability to build relationships with Director- and VP-level leaders.
• Experience managing third-party vendor relationships.
• Willingness to handle varied operational responsibilities beyond conventional IT management.
