General Manager (Creator Economy)

Location: Venice Beach, California, United States. The role leads an onsite creator campus.

Salary: $140,000–$165,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead the overall strategy, operations, and performance of the campus.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial decision-making.
• Grow and retain creator membership while improving the campus experience.
• Maximize studios, events, meeting spaces, hospitality, and other revenue-generating offerings.
• Build partnerships, identify commercial opportunities, and stay connected to the creator economy.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing cross-functional leadership team.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of leadership experience running complex, multifunctional businesses.
• Experience in hospitality, media, experiential, membership, creator businesses, or similar customer-centric industries.
• Proven ownership of revenue, profitability, operations, and financial planning.
• Experience leading senior leaders and building high-performing teams.
• Strong commercial acumen, communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
• Curiosity about creators, emerging technology, media, and the future of the creator economy.
