Bid Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of bids and RFP responses from qualification through submission and post-bid review.
• Create tailored, compliant proposals that communicate value and differentiate cybersecurity software offerings.
• Coordinate input from Sales, Legal, Finance, Product, Security, and technical stakeholders on pricing, terms, and deliverables.
• Build and improve bid processes, templates, tools, and self-service resources.
• Research industry trends, competitors, procurement strategies, and relevant RFP opportunities.
• Track bid progress, maintain records, and report pipeline status and success metrics to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in bid management, proposal writing, or sales operations within a software or technology company.
• Experience managing complex bids and RFPs and improving bid processes, tools, and resources.
• Strong project management, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with SaaS business models, software licensing, and commercial terms.
