What you will do

• Lead highly visible multidisciplinary engineering projects and strategic initiatives.
• Design, develop, adapt, and implement short- and long-term technology solutions.
• Guide application development across software, systems architecture, network systems, and infrastructure.
• Review system requirements and business processes, and oversee coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and implementation.
• Influence business and regulatory strategy through innovative services and products.
• Negotiate with senior management, customers, regulators, and vendors to influence decisions.

Requirements

• Advanced functional expertise in software engineering and related technology disciplines.
• Strong understanding of software development procedures, concepts, and system architecture.
• Experience solving complex business and regulatory problems using innovative approaches.
• Ability to provide technical thought leadership and lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to work from the Connecticut home office location.
