VP, Application Reliability & Operations Engineering (AI)

Location: Must reside in Louisville, KY; Washington, D.C.; Dallas, TX; Fort Lauderdale, FL; or Boston, MA, with on-site work 2–3 days per week.

What you will do

• Provide executive leadership for application reliability and operations engineering across enterprise technology systems.
• Build and lead teams that automate daily operational health checks for strategically important systems.
• Govern enterprise technology changes and coordinate execution to minimize business disruption and conflicts.
• Develop strategies to improve service levels, service communications, and metrics-based operational performance.
• Drive automation of servers and core technologies to improve efficiency.
• Lead enterprise responses to major incidents and advise the CIO, COO, and senior technology executives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership, including technology strategy, enterprise architecture, or service management.
• Expertise in technology lifecycle management, product management, and metrics- or OKR-based performance reporting.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives and engaging executive stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, analytical, interpersonal, presentation, communication, and executive leadership skills.
• Residence in one of the listed U.S. markets and availability for on-site work 2–3 days per week.
