What you will do

• Identify Compliance processes that could benefit from AI and automation.
• Support AI solution delivery from concept and configuration through testing and operationalization.
• Collaborate with AI engineering and product communities to identify scalable opportunities.
• Build data collection frameworks, maintain reporting cadences, and monitor AI adoption metrics.
• Benchmark industry AI practices, tooling, and regulatory changes and prepare concise briefings.
• Maintain Compliance AI knowledge repositories and support training, skills assessments, and innovation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Project or Program Management, or Management Consulting; highly motivated recent graduates may also be considered.
• Must be located in Salt Lake City, Utah and work on-site.
• Demonstrable interest in AI and automation, including end-user AI tools and prompt design.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with the ability to create executive-ready materials.
• Strong communication, prioritization, critical thinking, collaboration, and consensus-building skills.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with AI or automation tools, prompt engineering, machine learning applications, or Alteryx.
• Awareness of AI governance, model risk, or emerging AI regulations such as the EU AI Act.
• Experience with process improvement, process mapping, business cases, benefits analysis, or ROI articulation.
• Experience with agile delivery tools such as JIRA, data analysis, or data visualization.
• Knowledge of financial markets, products, and control or risk functions.
