Account Manager (Commercial Insurance)

Location: Remote - Georgia; hybrid work available from the Boston or Dedham, Massachusetts offices

Salary: $51,800–$80,000 annual

What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives to manage renewals and prepare submissions, exposure summaries, proposals, coverage summaries, and binding documentation.
• Support risk placement by drafting loss exhibits and obtaining loss runs from carriers.
• Coordinate accurate and timely certificates and proofs of insurance for clients and partners.
• Maintain precise, up-to-date records in agency management systems.
• Perform quality control on insurance documentation, including policies, endorsements, audits, and claims.

Requirements

• Two or more years of experience in a Property and Casualty brokerage environment.
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance.
• Ability to follow processes, manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Insurance licenses, or willingness to obtain them as required.
