What you will do

  • Support the Government Property Manager across the full property lifecycle, from acquisition through disposition.
  • Ensure compliance with FAR 52.245-1, FAR 45, and applicable Government Property Management standards.
  • Lead or support customer and DCMA audits, self-assessments, surveys, and monthly assessment reporting.
  • Supervise, train, coach, assign work to, and evaluate property management staff and supporting personnel.
  • Develop unit objectives, work plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans for operational and contractual requirements.
  • Create and analyze Visual Management metrics and reporting to support process improvements and asset tracking.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma or equivalent and 8 years of related experience.
  • At least 3 years of team or personnel management experience.
  • Proficiency in FAR 52.245-1 Government Property standards.
  • Experience working across aerospace administrative, engineering, and integrated supply chain organizations.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing aerospace property owned by the U.S. Government and customers.
  • Experience overseeing contracts and supporting Government, DCMA, and customer on-site or limited surveys.
  • Current CPPS certification from the National Property Management Association, or the ability to obtain it within one year.
  • Experience with SAP or eQuip property management systems.
