What you will do

• Launch and operate optometry services from leased space inside a Walmart store.
• Provide patient care related to eye and vision care, general health, and wellbeing.
• Set practice days and hours of operation.
• Control the patient schedule and establish the fee schedule.
• Retain 100% of exam and professional fees.
• Optionally use equipment, instrumentation, administrative support, and Opt-Tech support services where permitted by state law.

Requirements

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school.
• Valid state optometry license.
• Ophthalmologist MD or DO degree from an accredited school.
• Valid state ophthalmology license.
• General Liability Certificate.
• Professional Liability Insurance Certificate.
