Relationship Manager II (Business Credit)

Location: In-office in New York City, Philadelphia, Dallas, or another hirify.global corporate office location in the United States

Base salary: $112,000–$249,600 per year, plus incentive compensation based on company, business, and/or individual performance.

hirify.global is a financial services company; Steel City Capital Funding is its cash flow division providing senior secured debt solutions to middle-market borrowers and private equity sponsors.

What you will do

• Manage existing client relationships to support retention, risk management, revenue growth, and increased client engagement.
• Originate, negotiate, and document credit and non-credit products and services.
• Prepare credit approval documents and analyze risks, mitigants, collateral strength, and the financial standing of transaction parties.
• Identify and mitigate regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks within established guidelines.
• Build internal, external, community, and industry relationships while presenting hirify.global’s broader products and services.
• Negotiate workout options and work with borrowers and business partners to reduce losses and improve collateral coverage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience with credit processes, credit products, financial analysis, and client relationship building.
• Knowledge of collateral management, credit analysis and verification, financial engineering, and the regulatory environment in financial services.
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, business acumen, decision-making, communication, and customer experience management skills.
• Must work in-office at an eligible hirify.global location in the United States; employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not provided.
