What you will do

• Conceive and execute statistical and mathematical pharmacometric models to support clinical pharmacology and development programs.
• Propose and implement pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic modeling and simulation strategies.
• Support Phase 1–4 clinical studies through data analysis, modeling, simulation, study-design evaluation, and clinical pharmacology strategy.
• Conduct non-compartmental analyses, population pharmacokinetic analyses, exposure-response analyses, advanced analytics, and literature data analyses.
• Author regulatory documents, including analysis plans, study reports, population PK reports, exposure-response reports, common technical documents, and white papers.
• Collaborate with clinical pharmacology, CMC, regulatory, and cross-functional teams, and present findings at scientific meetings and conferences.

Requirements

• PhD in a relevant field with 0 years of experience, or a master's degree with typically 7+ years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education with typically 10+ years of experience may also qualify.
• Relevant fields include data science, mathematics, biostatistics, modeling and simulation, pharmacometrics, and systems pharmacology.
• Demonstrated scientific acumen and technical skills relevant to pharmacometric analysis and modeling.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in internal and external team settings.
• Ability to lead within an area of expertise and influence colleagues toward cross-functional alignment.
