Associate Materials Specialist (Supply Chain/Logistics)

hirify.global provides LOGCAP support for scheduled and unscheduled U.S. Army training exercises, including supply and inventory services for deployed systems and products.

What you will do

• Maintain supply and inventory levels for deployed systems and products.
• Monitor spare part availability, repair turnaround, and inventory levels.
• Support provisioning, inventory management, spares, replenishment, and returns.
• Respond to inquiries about order status, availability, and required dates.
• Analyze information and apply established procedures to resolve routine supply chain problems.

Requirements

• Valid state Real ID required.
• College or university degree in a business-related discipline focused on supply chain, purchasing, or logistics, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within the relevant discipline.
• Typically 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work 40 scheduled hours per week and follow standardized procedures and guidance.
