Digital Product Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Lead digital product design projects end-to-end, from user flows and wireframes to prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and visual assets.
• Own the user experience of an AI-powered career platform and collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Design coherent conversational and AI-guided experiences across chat, voice, and assistant-driven flows.
• Create accessible, mobile-first experiences for users with varied language and digital literacy levels.
• Design data-rich interfaces such as dashboards, progress indicators, and assessment displays using strong information hierarchy and visual encoding.
• Evolve the design system, support usability testing, and iterate on solutions using user and stakeholder feedback.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in UX and product design, with a portfolio demonstrating wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design.
• Experience designing AI-powered or conversational products, including chatbots, voice agents, or AI assistants.
• Experience creating end-to-end consumer-facing product experiences and learning or educational products with structured content and progress tracking.
• Understanding of LLM behavior, including latency, variability, and incorrect outputs, and how design can mitigate these issues.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies such as React and component-based frameworks, plus accessibility standards including WCAG.
• Knowledge of usability testing and user research methods, with strong collaboration, deadline management, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for audiences with varying levels of English proficiency and digital literacy.
• Experience with data visualization, design documentation, style guides, component patterns, and asset libraries.
