Salary: $68,500–$116,300 per year, plus incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Support Sg2 strategy clients through relationship management and ongoing service delivery.
• Lead client engagements, trainings, executive presentations, and working sessions.
• Customize tools, reports, and data outputs to improve product utilization.
• Analyze healthcare market and organizational data to identify trends and develop client insights.
• Coordinate with data operations and product teams to resolve product-related challenges.
• Support account retention and growth initiatives with sales and service teams.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to present to clients and collaborate with data operations, client service, and sales teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel.

Nice to have

• Relevant degree.
• Experience in analytics, healthcare, or strategy consulting.
• Proficiency with healthcare data such as state data, claims, and demographics, as well as reporting tools.
