Sr. Financial Advisor CIRO-ID (Urban)

Location: Toronto, ON; on-site full-time at Toronto-Eglinton Town Centre, with flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance. Banking centre hours may include evenings and weekends.

What you will do

• Manage and grow a dedicated client portfolio through relationship management and exceptional client service.
• Create comprehensive financial plans using hirify.global tools and provide trusted investment advice.
• Build new client relationships through networking, personal engagement, and local-market business development.
• Develop sales plans that convert leads into clients and leverage credit and investment solutions through a needs-based approach.
• Participate in local events, marketing, and community outreach to increase brand awareness and generate future opportunities.

Requirements

• Postsecondary degree or diploma and/or 4 years of relevant experience.
• Current Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization — Investment Dealer (CIRO-ID) accreditation in good standing.
• For Quebec: current AMF licensing accreditation in good standing, successful completion of the Canadian Investment Funds Course (CIFC) or Canadian Securities Course (CSC), and Registered Retirement Consultant (RRC) certification.
• Strong client engagement, relationship-building, networking, business development, financial planning, and investment advisory capabilities.
• Ability to understand the local market, develop sales plans, deliver results, and provide needs-based credit and investment solutions.
• Ability to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends, and at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.
• Must be legally eligible to work at the specified location and, where applicable, hold a valid work or study permit.
