Financial Advisor - CIRO-MFD/AMF (Financial Services)

Location: On-site full-time at Brossard-Place Portobello, Brossard, Quebec, Canada; flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance. Banking centre hours may include evenings and weekends.

What you will do

• Build and grow a dedicated client portfolio through relationship management and exceptional client service.
• Provide tailored advice across day-to-day banking, investments, lending, estate planning, and broader financial planning.
• Develop local-market sales plans, convert leads, generate new client opportunities, and increase referrals.
• Build professional and community networks through local events, marketing, and outreach activities.
• Act as a single point of contact, helping clients plan for financial goals such as home ownership and business creation.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience providing financial advice, establishing client relationships, and achieving performance targets.
• Current CIRO-MFD accreditation and good standing through the Canadian Securities Course, Canadian Investments Funds Course, or Investment Funds in Canada Course, with eligibility for CIRO-MFD licensing.
• Current AMF licensing in Quebec and completion of the Canadian Investment Funds Course or Canadian Securities Course to support AMF licensing.
• Registered Retirement Consultant designation.
• Strong client engagement, relationship-building, networking, business development, and results-oriented skills.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada at the specified location is required; a valid work or study permit may be required.
