What you will do
- Own end-to-end customer success, including account cadence, account health, risks, blockers, retention, and growth opportunities.
- Build trusted relationships with control room operators, plant leaders, corporate stakeholders, and executives.
- Lead project lifecycles from scoping and stakeholder alignment through team coordination, milestone tracking, and commissioning.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams and drive execution through influence and technical credibility.
- Maintain the value of deployed solutions as customer processes and economics evolve, while identifying expansion opportunities.
- Communicate solution capabilities and limitations clearly and channel field insights into the product roadmap.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in cement or a comparable heavy industrial process environment.
- Experience in project or program management, plant or process engineering, technical account management, or customer success within industrial settings.
- Understanding of cement or heavy industrial processes, control systems, and optimization concepts.
- Experience working across operations, engineering, and commercial teams.
- Ability to present to and engage with executive-level stakeholders.
- BSc in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to have
- Cement experience and exposure to advanced process control, pyroprocessing, or minerals processing.
- Experience with process control, expert systems, or plant optimization solutions.
- Consulting or customer-facing vendor experience serving industrial clients.
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, advanced analytics, subscription-based SaaS delivery, and recurring revenue models.
