SAP Financials Senior Business Analyst

Location: Remote

Salary: $125,000–$145,000 annually, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Support the multi-year transformation to SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud.
• Analyze, design, configure, implement, test, and control SAP Financials systems and applications.
• Translate business requirements into SAP solutions and functional designs for projects and system changes.
• Develop functional analyses and execute functional and integration test scripts.
• Integrate SAP FICO with other enterprise systems and collaborate with business and cross-functional IT teams.
• Provide implementation support, advise business users, and resolve production system issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7–9 years of experience overseeing SAP Financials configuration across FI and CO.
• Experience with multiple full-life-cycle SAP implementations using ECC 6.0 or S/4HANA.
• Strong SAP Record to Report experience, including product costing, COPA, and fixed assets.
• Knowledge of integration with SAP MM and SD modules.
• Strong communication, analytical, interpersonal, influencing, negotiation, and self-direction skills.

• Experience configuring SAP Project Systems.
