Location: San Antonio, TX, United States; onsite warehouse role

What you will do
- Lead daily receiving activities and organize team members to maintain an efficient workflow.
- Operate forklifts, rider jacks, pallet jacks, and other Powered Industrial Trucks to unload inbound trailers safely.
- Inspect received products for quantity, quality, integrity, damage, and discrepancies.
- Move products to the correct temperature-controlled or warehouse storage locations.
- Coordinate product flow between receiving and other warehouse departments.
- Maintain shipment records and support coaching and training for warehouse team members.
Requirements
- Previous receiving experience.
- Forklift operating experience with sit-down, stand-up, and rider jack equipment.
- Experience leading a team of 5–15 people.
- Experience using RF scan guns and Warehouse Management Systems.
- Experience with Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication skills and knowledge of safe food handling and PIT operating procedures.
Nice to have
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills.
- Experience working in a food-based environment.
