Location: Rochester, New York; must reside within one hour of Rochester International Airport (KROC)

Salary: $196,500–$359,800 per year

What you will do

• Serve as Pilot in Command for assigned domestic and international Part 91 operations.
• Maintain passenger, crew, and aircraft safety while ensuring compliance with FAA regulations, international requirements, and company SOPs.
• Lead, mentor, and support flight crew members in a multi-crew environment.
• Participate in Safety Management System reporting, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct comprehensive pre-flight planning and operational decision-making.
• Represent the organization with professionalism, discretion, and executive-level service.

Requirements

• FAA Airline Transport Pilot Certificate with a multiengine rating and a current FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
• At least 3,000 total flight hours and 2,000 jet hours.
• At least one jet type rating.
• Ability to reside within one hour of Rochester International Airport and be away from home for extended periods.
• Valid U.S. passport and valid driver's license.
• Ability to complete a background investigation and pre-employment drug screening.

Nice to have

• Gulfstream G280 and/or G600 type rating.
• International flight experience.
• Experience in IS-BAO and/or Safety Management System environments.
• Previous flight instruction experience or a Certified Flight Instructor certificate.
• Approved simulator training in the type-rated jet aircraft within the previous 12 months.
