Pricing Operations Analyst

What you will do

• Analyze pricing requests and provide recommendations aligned with business objectives, sales strategies, and long-term client value.
• Prepare and deliver accurate pricing proposals for Sales, Relationship Managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage pricing requests through validation, configuration, pricing generation, and proposal delivery.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Finance, and other stakeholders to support accurate and compliant pricing.
• Contribute to process improvements and scalable pricing solutions, including Oracle CPQ implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, revenue management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle CPQ or similar pricing and quote-to-cash platforms.
• Experience supporting pricing proposals, deal pricing, or pricing strategy initiatives.
• Knowledge of pricing systems, proposal workflows, and process improvement methodologies.
• Experience partnering with Sales or commercial teams in technology, financial services, or SaaS environments.
