What you will do

• Coordinate the timely submission of regional healthcare account Requests for Pricing and review price files for hospitals and contract agreements.
• Support contract execution by coordinating pricing parameters, shipping, invoicing, and group data in the ERP system.
• Provide pricing and account data analyses, reporting, discrepancy resolution, and pricing support to field sales and executive management.
• Collaborate with Contract Administration, Accounts Receivable, Customer Service, Area Directors, and sales representatives.
• Identify efficiency opportunities and lead continuous process improvement projects.
• Maintain confidentiality, professional relationships, and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience and education.
• 0–2 years of experience in financial, sales, pricing analysis, or a similar role is preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and extensive sales database experience.
• Ability to analyze pricing and account data, provide accurate reporting, and resolve discrepancies.
• Strong relationship management, problem-solving, written and verbal communication, mathematical, and multitasking skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, Power BI, R, or Python.
