Pricing Operations & Automation Specialist (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in Riga, Latvia, with the option to work remotely.

Salary: EUR 2,500–3,200 gross per month, depending on experience, education, and skills.

What you will do

• Run pricing operations and ensure accurate, timely price launches across platforms.
• Review pricing structures and frameworks and implement strategic improvements with pricing, onboarding, and pricing technology teams.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and lead automation or simplification initiatives, including AI-assisted solutions.
• Analyze customer, supplier, cost, and other pricing data to identify opportunities for profitability growth.
• Build models, reports, and dashboards covering pricing performance, margin health, and competitive positioning.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in finance, pricing, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
• Strong systems-thinking and process-improvement mindset, with a focus on fixing inefficiencies at scale.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets, building models, and communicating insights clearly.
• Hands-on experience with Looker or a similar business intelligence tool, including dashboard development and maintenance.
• Experience with or strong interest in using AI tools to automate workflows and reduce manual work.
• Understanding of pricing mechanics, cost structures, or supplier economics, plus the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Hiring process
