Senior Developer, Fullstack (AI & Data Platform)

What you will do

• Develop backend automation that integrates metadata sources and generates governed artifacts such as data contracts.
• Design and build agent-enabled applications and workflows, including MCP servers and data-readiness tools.
• Build user-facing interfaces for platform and data-discovery workflows.
• Deliver production-quality services with robust API design, testing, and CI/CD practices.
• Contribute to architecture, engineering best practices, scalability, security, and customer-focused consulting solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent, plus 6+ years of software engineering experience focused on fullstack development.
• Strong Python engineering skills with FastAPI, asynchronous programming, Pydantic, and JSON Schema.
• Experience with React, Vue, ES6, TypeScript, RESTful APIs, microservices, unit and integration testing, Git, and CI/CD.
• Experience architecting agentic workflows and AI-driven solutions with LLMs and autonomous frameworks.
• Knowledge of Graph RAG data structures, Neo4j, Supabase, cloud computing, serverless architecture, and preferably AWS.
• Understanding of data-engineering principles, agile methodologies, consulting, and customer-focused collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience building MCP servers in addition to consuming them.
• Familiarity with data governance, catalogue tooling, and YAML data-contract standards.
• Experience with Snowflake Cortex and Genie, Collibra, Unity Catalogue, Horizon, Docker, PostgreSQL, Databricks, and Snowflake.
• Experience in regulated or life-sciences environments, with prior Life Sciences industry connections preferred.
