Analyst 1 (Fintech)

Location: Chicago, IL; hybrid work model

Salary: USD 70,000–83,000 annual base salary, with potential discretionary bonus and/or equity awards.

What you will do

• Manage operational and product support responsibilities across multiple teams and systems.
• Interact with hedge fund and asset management clients regarding product inquiries.
• Assess, troubleshoot, and manage client requests while providing real-time solutions.
• Escalate issues for resolution with client counterparties and internal teams.
• Build knowledge of financial technology, investment products, and capital markets.
• Develop relationships with Portfolio Managers, Traders, Operations, and Technology teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong client-facing communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Superior problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Interest in working directly with clients and building professional relationships.
• Ability to take initiative and assume increasing responsibility and autonomy.

Nice to have

• 1–2 years of relevant customer service or technology experience.
• Familiarity with SQL.
