Client Service Representative II (Payment Technology)

Location: On-site in Sterling, Virginia or Bolingbrook, Illinois, US; consistent on-site work hours required

Salary: $50,000–$55,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual bonus

What you will do

• Serve as the primary liaison between Sales, Client Success Managers, and internal operations.
• Manage end-to-end order processing, including order entry, confirmations, changes, and tracking through ERP and G+D systems.
• Coordinate Production, Scheduling, Procurement, Quality, and Shipping activities to support accurate and timely fulfillment.
• Maintain work-in-progress records, dashboards, status updates, and client communications.
• Support client visits, audits, press checks, complaints, incident responses, and quality issue resolution.
• Provide backup support and assist with training or key-user activities for SAP and other systems.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
• At least 2 years of order management experience in manufacturing, printing, financial services, or a related environment.
• Experience with manufacturing, fulfillment, or card body production environments, or equivalent experience.
• ERP experience required; SAP experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Ability to maintain consistent on-site work hours in the US location.
