Business Analyst with Commerce Experience (eCommerce)

Location: Poland, with offices in Katowice and Poznań. Hybrid or remote working is offered, and the role may involve working at client locations. Availability until 18:00 PL is required to collaborate with the UK project team.

Salary: 110–140 PLN net per hour for B2B cooperation. The gross salary range indicated in the posting is 110–140 PLN per hour.

What you will do

• Gather and document business requirements, translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Plan and facilitate client workshops and assess source documentation.
• Identify and present technically and commercially suitable solution options.
• Work with Scrum and delivery teams, developers, testers, and end users through go-live.
• Analyse business systems and processes, recommending efficiencies and integration approaches.
• Provide estimates, user training, stakeholder communication, and client relationship management.

Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst on ecommerce, content, or experience projects.
• Experience managing client stakeholders and Product Owners or Managers.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and produce high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with Agile software delivery, business process mapping, systems analysis, package integration, and bespoke development.
• Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, time-management, organisational, commercial, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Must be available to work until 18:00 PL and be based in Poland for this full-time position. The selection process and application materials are in English.
