TL;DR
Business Analyst (Mortgage): Conducting end-to-end business analysis for mortgage sales and risk assessment processes with an accent on UI design and process optimization. Focus on managing product backlogs, modeling complex business workflows, and collaborating with stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Location: Hybrid (1–2 days a week in the Warsaw office)
Salary: 100–130 PLN net per hour

What you will do
- Conduct end-to-end business analysis for mortgage sales and risk assessment processes.
- Design UI mockups and document requirements using Jira and Confluence.
- Manage and refine the Product Backlog for Agile delivery streams.
- Model and optimize complex business processes and create detailed use cases.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to solve business challenges.
- Work within a fast-paced Agile/Scrum environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in mortgage products or 3+ distinct BA/PO projects.
- Practical experience defining requirements in Agile methodologies.
- Strong background in business process modeling or workflow visualization.
- Previous experience in the financial sector.
- Higher education degree in Economics, Business, or Technical fields.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under time pressure.
