Full Stack Architect (AWS)

Location: Headquarters in Dublin with remote teams in the UK and Europe; flexible working environment.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications in Python, .NET, or Java using AWS cloud infrastructure and microservices.
• Build and deploy cloud-native solutions with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Design event-driven architectures and real-time data flows across distributed systems.
• Develop APIs and services integrating airline systems and third-party platforms.
• Implement AI/ML pipelines and data-processing workflows for operational intelligence.
• Optimize serverless and containerized applications while monitoring performance, reliability, and cloud costs.

Requirements

• Senior- to lead-level professional software development experience with Python, .NET, or Java.
• Experience building and operating event-driven systems using Kafka, AWS EventBridge, or similar platforms.
• Strong AWS experience, including Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, and CloudWatch.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, CI/CD, DevOps practices, microservices, RESTful APIs, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and collaborative software development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in aviation, travel, or transportation.
• Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Experience with Azure or GCP, observability tools, security and compliance practices, or agile methodologies.
• AWS certifications or contributions to open-source projects.
