What you will do

• Build, lead, and grow a high-performing product engineering team.
• Set technical direction for the core product and evolve its frontend architecture.
• Raise the bar for UI interaction design, performance, reliability, and product polish.
• Partner with Product and Design to understand users, shape the roadmap, and make key technical decisions.
• Lead the development of prompt playground, prompt management and versioning, multiplayer human review, and LLM analysis across large datasets.
• Stay hands-on with architecture decisions and code while supporting organizational strategy.

Requirements

• Proven experience building, managing, and scaling high-performing engineering teams.
• Track record of recruiting exceptional engineers and developing future leaders.
• Strong product judgment and attention to usability, performance, interaction design, and detail.
• Deep expertise in modern web applications and data-intensive products.
• Experience with TypeScript, React, SQL, and Next.js.
• High ownership, pragmatic decision-making, and a bias toward action in fast-moving environments.
