Distribution Center Management Trainee (Supply Chain)

Location: Seminole, Oklahoma; after completing the training program, relocation to any Kontoor distribution center in the United States is required, including Seminole, OK; Hackleburg, AL; El Paso, TX; and Luray, VA.

What you will do

• Rotate through distribution center departments and learn all operational functions, procedures, equipment, and systems.
• Follow the workflow from product receipt and customer order processing through shipment.
• Perform warehouse processes during the training period and learn operational expectations across shifts.
• Work with Engineering and Distribution Management to develop knowledge of training principles, methods, and work measurement.
• Support special projects and become key personnel in implementing new warehouse systems.
• Learn and apply distribution center policies, procedures, and safety practices.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of related work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
• Willingness to relocate to any Kontoor location in the United States is required.
• Willingness to work day and night shifts when required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
