Salary: $49,940–$59,488 USD annually, plus eligibility for an annual bonus or role-based sales incentive plan.

What you will do

• Audit inventory and quality functions, advise operations management, and recommend process improvements.
• Investigate and resolve cycle-count discrepancies, customer-reported errors, in-house errors, and unaccounted-for inventory.
• Run inventory reports and make accurate inventory adjustments in SAP and EWM.
• Compile month-end inventory and quality reports and communicate error trends, root causes, and recommendations to operations leadership.
• Investigate damaged, overage, mislabeled, and incorrect products; manage quality holds and prepare products for return to manufacturing plants.
• Partner with receiving, the quality department, and third-party quality vendors; use Cubiscan to maintain accurate product dimensions and weights in SAP.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• One to two years of related distribution or warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with staff and operations at all levels.
• Credibility, problem-solving ability, and demonstrated success managing multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to organize and complete work within deadlines.
