Senior Product Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design for complex product areas from discovery through iteration and delivery.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to define problems, explore solutions, and make product decisions.
• Design client-facing experiences, internal tools such as CRM and operational platforms, and AI-driven solutions.
• Build and evolve scalable information architecture, product structures, and design systems used by product teams.
• Translate ambiguous problems into structured design approaches and rapidly iterate based on feedback, constraints, and business needs.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, prototyping, and design workflows where appropriate.

Requirements

• Strong systems thinking and the ability to simplify complex, interconnected products.
• Sharp product judgment, effective prioritization, and decisions tied to user and business impact.
• Strong collaboration skills with Product Managers and Engineers, including navigating tradeoffs in ambiguous environments.
• Experience building and evolving design systems used by real teams.
• Strong craft in Figma and modern design tools, plus comfort with technical concepts.
• Portfolio demonstrating clear thinking, strong structure, rapid iteration, and measurable impact.

• Familiarity with AI tools and interest in incorporating them into design workflows.
