What you will do

• Analyze business requirements and production specifications for technology application changes.
• Define system scope and objectives based on user needs and business processes.
• Direct business process improvement projects for internal business groups.
• Document system constraints, implications, and consequences of proposed changes.
• Recommend solutions for business issues within a specific business group.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Knowledge of business assessment, requirements analysis, business process modeling, and workflow analysis.
• Ability to work in an office-based role in Pittsburgh.
