Customer Service Consultant - Group Protection (Fintech)

Location: Hove, United Kingdom; hybrid

Salary: Starting salary of £25,000 per year

What you will do

• Support the onboarding and ongoing maintenance of Group Protection policies.
• Process administrative work and communicate regularly with colleagues, brokers, and customers by phone.
• Handle internal and external correspondence accurately and promptly.
• Maintain and validate large volumes of scheme data using Excel formulas and internal tools.
• Manage an individual work queue and keep brokers and direct customers informed of progress.
• Consider the circumstances and needs of vulnerable customers and provide appropriate additional support.

Requirements

• Strong communication and administration skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external customers.
• Confidence using a desktop or laptop and experience with MS Office.
• Confidence using Excel is preferred.
• Availability to work in a hybrid role based in Hove, United Kingdom.
