What you will do

• Own Tier 3 regional fulfillment escalations requiring executive-level management.
• Coordinate recovery actions across Planning, Procurement/SAM, FSO, GCC, Spares Execution, and Site teams.
• Facilitate decisions on allocation, substitution, recovery plans, and customer commitments.
• Drive accountability, stakeholder communication, and follow-through across the fulfillment organization.
• Manage cross-functional Fulfillment and Operations projects and present status updates.
• Identify process gaps, analyze customer data, and implement containment and long-term corrective actions.

Requirements

• Intermediate knowledge of customer order fulfillment systems and tools, including SAP.
• Ability to collect and analyze data, solve complex fulfillment problems, and improve processes.
• Understanding of supply and demand signals and semiconductor equipment industry requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Clear and professional written and spoken English is required.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and work effectively in a matrixed organization with diverse backgrounds and cultures.
