Associate Business Manager (Finance)

What you will do

• Manage deal pipelines, auction consignments, vendor relationships, and related legal agreements.
• Support annual budgeting, regular forecasting, P&L reporting, and management of sale and department expenses.
• Develop revenue and expense models for consignments and support commercial-term negotiations.
• Translate financial results, KPIs, competitive analysis, and market-share data into operational recommendations.
• Review inventory plans, research additional revenue streams, and develop supporting business plans.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders on sale execution, issue resolution, and digital improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4+ years of experience in business management, banking, finance, or consulting.
• Written and spoken French and English required.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial analysis, modeling, budgeting, or forecasting.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in ambiguous situations.

Nice to have

• Experience with deal or contract negotiations.
• Interest in art, luxury objects, or related markets.
