What you will do

• Create and deploy production-ready Automated Test Equipment (ATE) solutions from concept through high-volume mass production.
• Develop test plans and test programs for intellectual property within automotive processors.
• Design ATE loadboards for multi-gigahertz applications.
• Execute PVT characterization, first-silicon bring-up, and IC qualification.
• Optimize yield, test time, and manufacturing costs using statistical data processing and design of experiments.
• Oversee production release, define test limits, and support customer returns.

Requirements

• Experience creating and deploying production-ready ATE solutions.
• Expertise in ATE loadboard hardware design for multi-gigahertz applications.
• Experience with PVT characterization, first-silicon bring-up, and IC qualification.
• Experience applying statistical data processing and design of experiments to semiconductor manufacturing.
• Ability to collaborate with analog and digital design, product engineering, quality assurance, and OSAT partners.
