Freelance Designer - Wrangler Women's

hirify.global manages the Wrangler, Lee, and Helly Hansen lifestyle, outdoor, and workwear brands through a global platform, strategic sourcing model, and supply chain.

What you will do

• Design women's tops by sketching concepts, details, new silhouettes, and style variations.
• Select fabrics and develop prints, plaids, colors, buttons, labels, embroideries, and patches.
• Assemble plaids, patterns, and colors into shirt styles and broader collections.
• Create handoff pages, detail callouts, PowerPoint line sheets, milestone meeting presentations, and comp-review pinning boards.
• Walk technical teams through detail callouts and enter lab dip, handloom, and wash panel comments into charts.
• Organize samples and racks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in fashion or apparel design.
• Experience building collections and working with prints and plaids.
• Strong eye for color.
• Adobe Illustrator experience for trim development.
• Ability to work onsite at the Greensboro, NC headquarters.
• Availability for a part-time freelance schedule of 20 hours per week.
