Photography / Studio Assistant

Location: South Jordan, Utah, USA; in-office 4–5 days per week

What you will do

• Assist the photographer during studio and location photo shoots.
• Prepare lighting, equipment, props, backgrounds, products, and other set materials.
• Keep the studio clean, organized, stocked, and ready for shoots.
• Receive, organize, track, purchase, and replenish products and production supplies.
• Pack equipment for location shoots and occasionally support digital capture and tethered shooting.
• Organize, back up, and prepare image files for retouching.

Requirements

• Strong interest in photography or creative production.
• Organized, reliable, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and taking direction.
• Able to lift and move photography equipment and studio materials.
• Basic photography knowledge is helpful but not required; training is available.
• Must be able to work in the office 4–5 days per week in South Jordan, Utah.

Nice to have

• Basic photography skills and a developing eye for composition and color.
• Familiarity with Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar software.
