What you will do

• Develop MATLAB tools to calculate product metrics including SNR, optical blur response, sensor motion, collection quantity, circular error, and atmospheric impacts.
• Model electro-optical system components such as focal planes, optics, and atmospherics using MATLAB scripts and tools.
• Set up, execute, review, and error-check MATLAB-based models.
• Organize findings in databases, software packages, technical reports, proposals, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Support the design, development, testing, integration, and analysis of systems and subsystems.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, customers, and multiple stakeholder teams while providing technical guidance and progress updates.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain a CI polygraph
• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience; internships and co-ops are applicable.
• Experience with MATLAB signal-processing capabilities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, oral, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with multiple teammates.

Nice to have

• Exposure to system design trade processes and evaluation of system design options.
• Experience assessing mission requirements, monitoring vehicle development and testing, developing CONOPS, and tracking requirement verification.
