Salary: $123,000–$153,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Provide Director's Action Group support, including calendar management, executive communications, recognition programs, training, travel, and security coordination.
• Direct and oversee the receipt, routing, tracking, monitoring, and closure of internal and external actions.
• Analyze TIER actions, coordinate accurate responses, consolidate submissions for senior management, and provide status updates on pending, late, and new actions.
• Develop standard operating procedures, manage action-tracking requirements, generate metrics, and prepare periodic reports.
• Draft, proofread, edit, and quality-control correspondence, presentations, reports, briefings, and meeting materials.
• Schedule and support engineering committees, integrated process teams, working groups, task forces, workshops, conferences, and other meetings; track milestones and prepare minutes when requested.

Requirements

• Current TS/SCI Poly clearance is required.
• 10+ years of government experience or 5 years within the Intelligence Community or Department of Defense.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with federal acquisitions, DoD or IC budget and finance processes, or national security policy.
• Experience in systems engineering, project management, program management, or a combination of these areas.
• Experience working with senior executives, Microsoft Office, concise written and oral communication, analytical decision-making, and relationship building in rapidly changing environments.
