What you will do
- Deliver complex CurieOS deployments by writing production code, designing architectures, building integrations, and debugging customer systems.
- Connect heterogeneous software, data, and physical infrastructure, including simulations, digital twins, lab instruments, test rigs, and CAD/PLM systems.
- Embed with customer scientists and engineers to identify high-value R&D problems and translate them into technical approaches, milestones, and acceptance criteria.
- Build workflow-specific evaluation loops and benchmarks to validate solutions in customer environments.
- Own engagements from technical discovery through implementation, production deployment, adoption, and technical quality.
- Track engagement KPIs, communicate outcomes to customer stakeholders, and feed field insights into the CurieOS roadmap.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience independently building, shipping, and operating production software.
- Experience succeeding in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where requirements evolve through direct user iteration.
- Ability to move between discussions with customer scientists and engineers and deep technical implementation work.
- Experience deploying software into complex production environments.
- Genuine interest in building software for scientific and industrial applications.
