Forward Deployed Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid, based in Barcelona, with regular travel to Brazil

hirify.global is a fast-growing fintech startup building an AI platform that makes debt collection more efficient, autonomous, and scalable for banks, telecommunications companies, and utilities.

What you will do

• Ensure client deployments are technically correct, properly scoped, and aligned with agreed requirements.
• Own configuration quality end to end and create maintainable, scalable solutions instead of fragile one-off setups.
• Analyze performance metrics, identify patterns, diagnose issues, and improve voice-agent and communication flows.
• Act as the product and systems expert in client meetings, explaining architecture, constraints, trade-offs, and product capabilities.
• Identify configuration issues and product gaps, then submit structured product feedback and collaborate with Product and Engineering.
• Run discovery sessions, support deployments, solve complex customer problems, and build relationships with customers in Brazil.

Requirements

• Based in Barcelona and able to travel regularly to Brazil
• Native Portuguese speaker with fluent English.
• Background in Data Science or Data Analysis.
• Strong technical foundations and the ability to write production-quality code.
• Deep product and systems understanding with analytical, performance-driven thinking.
• Comfort working directly with customers and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
