What you will do
- Manage and develop a portfolio of corporate customer relationships throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Act as the primary commercial contact and identify opportunities for account expansion, solution adoption, and revenue growth.
- Build account plans, conduct business reviews, and align Supply Chain Finance solutions with customer objectives.
- Engage senior stakeholders across treasury, finance, procurement, supply chain, and executive leadership functions.
- Partner with sales, product, implementation, operations, and client services teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
- Track retention, forecasting, pipeline visibility, programme utilisation, and customer feedback.
Requirements
- Experience in account management, relationship management, or customer success within financial services, fintech, or B2B technology.
- Strong commercial mindset with experience developing revenue growth and customer retention opportunities.
- Experience managing strategic accounts and building relationships with senior customer stakeholders.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working in a consultative, customer-focused environment.
- Professional fluency in English required.
Nice to have
- Experience with Supply Chain Finance, working capital solutions, trade finance, or related financial services products.
- Knowledge of the Demica platform or similar Supply Chain Finance technology.
- Experience with large corporate or multinational organisations.
- Understanding of treasury, procurement, finance, or supply chain functions.
- Exposure to fintech, SaaS, platform-based solutions, or additional languages.
