Senior Commercial Operations Associate

Location: New York, United States

Salary: $100,000–$140,000 base salary annually, plus variable compensation, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the business value roadmap, track key metrics, and drive high-impact opportunities through execution.
• Build frameworks, analyses, best practices, and ROI assets that make hirify.global's value repeatable across the organization.
• Partner with Sales and Client Success to refine the value narrative based on prospect, client, and renewal insights.
• Collaborate with Product to design experiments and validate which features create measurable client value.
• Coordinate cross-functional forums and workshops across Sales, Product Marketing, Product, and Client Success.
• Support commercial strategy, goal setting, reporting, product launches, hackathons, and AI adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or a similarly structured, fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing complex projects and stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Ability to design experiments, draw defensible conclusions, and make decisions with imperfect data.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex frameworks to senior stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive approach with the ability to build from scratch and execute independently.
• Ability to work with Product, technology, marketing, and commercial teams.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• Management consulting or early-stage SaaS startup experience.
• Experience building a cross-functional program or center of excellence from scratch.
• Comfort with AI, data, analytics tools, and measurement frameworks.
