CEE Technology Risk & Assurance Officer (iGaming)

What you will do

• Implement and maintain the Technology Governance, Risk, and Compliance framework across Flutter CEE brands and entities.
• Oversee technology and cybersecurity risk management activities, including control monitoring and assurance testing.
• Conduct technology, information security, regulatory, and industry-standard assessments; collect evidence, evaluate controls, and report findings.
• Review technology policies, standards, procedures, and documentation for alignment with Group requirements and best practices.
• Report technology and security risk posture, key risks, trends, and mitigation strategies to the Technology GRC Director.
• Conduct data maturity assessments and support improvements in data management and operational resilience.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional experience in technology governance, risk management, and compliance.
• Strong experience in technology and cyber risk management, cybersecurity control assurance, and independent information security assessments.
• Deep knowledge of frameworks and standards including NIST CSF 2.0, ISO 27001, ISO 31000, NIS2, GDPR, PCI DSS, and COBIT.
• Experience identifying control deficiencies, preparing assessment reports and recommendations, and reviewing security policies and procedures.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and prepare executive-level presentations.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or ISO 27001/27002 Lead Auditor or Implementer.
