Head of Cybersecurity Operations (iGaming)

Location: All; Armenia, Cyprus, or Poland. Remote or on-site work is available.

What you will do

• Lead and continuously improve the cybersecurity operating model, processes, responsibilities, and escalation paths.
• Oversee SOC operations, including monitoring, alert triage, investigations, incident handling, reporting, detection engineering, and threat hunting.
• Lead IAM and PAM capabilities, including identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, recertification, least-privilege controls, and automation.
• Coordinate cybersecurity operations with infrastructure security, application security, SRE, incident management, and business functions.
• Build scalable security capabilities for a growing portfolio of products, platforms, domains, and locations.
• Lead, hire, mentor, and develop SOC and IAM teams while establishing objectives, KPIs, and performance expectations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, or related technical security roles.
• 3+ years of experience leading cybersecurity, security operations, SOC, IAM, incident response, or security engineering teams.
• Experience building or significantly improving cybersecurity operational capabilities, SOC functions, and centralized IAM or PAM solutions.
• Practical knowledge of SOC operating models, SIEM, security event correlation, detection engineering, security analytics, threat hunting, and threat intelligence.
• Experience with cloud, hybrid, and distributed infrastructure and with defining operational processes, escalation models, KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Management.

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming, fintech, or other regulated environments.
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications.
