Head of Information Security (iGaming)

hirify.global operates an iGaming platform providing modular casino and sportsbook player account management, white-label solutions, payment options, CRM tools, and gaming content.

What you will do

• Define and execute the company-wide information security strategy, vision, and multi-year roadmap.
• Lead, mentor, and grow the security team, including the Senior Information Security Engineer.
• Own enterprise security risk management and report key risks and programme progress to the executive team and board.
• Oversee compliance with PCI DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and jurisdiction-specific gambling regulations.
• Lead incident response, vulnerability management, threat intelligence, and penetration testing across AWS and on-premise environments.
• Embed security-by-design across the SDLC while managing the security budget, vendors, tooling, and security awareness programme.

Requirements

• Significant experience in senior information security leadership, such as Head of Security, CISO, or an equivalent role in a regulated industry.
• Experience building and leading high-performing security teams across multiple geographies.
• Deep expertise in security governance, risk, and compliance frameworks including PCI DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST CSF, and GDPR.
• Strong technical foundation in cloud security, AWS, application security, network security, identity and access management, and security operations.
• Experience leading organisational incident response and crisis management, including engagement with regulators and law enforcement when required.
• Outstanding communication, influencing, stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in online gambling, fintech, or another highly regulated sector.
• CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, or an equivalent certification.
