Supplier Enablement Specialist (SAP Ariba)

Location: West Des Moines, Iowa, or Charlotte, North Carolina; hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote

Salary: $25–$30 per hour on W-2

What you will do

• Handle supplier setup and maintenance requests connected to business projects.
• Support successful supplier onboarding and enable suppliers to transact in SAP Ariba.
• Answer process questions and troubleshoot escalated issues for internal teams and external suppliers.
• Prioritize and resolve complex escalations independently.
• Manage system cleanup activities, including inactivating unused supplier locations and maintaining accurate records.
• Partner with Ariba contacts and teams across sourcing, contracts, procurement, accounts payable, enabling capabilities, and business groups.

Requirements

• Experience with SAP Ariba supplier enablement or related supplier operations.
• Strong accuracy and research skills for maintaining a reliable system of record.
• Ability to work independently with limited direction.
• Ability to analyze process risks and document procedures and training requirements.
• Ability to work onsite three days per week in West Des Moines, Iowa, or Charlotte, North Carolina.
